Alexi creates large wider vases with earth toned wraps of colour around the vessel in an organic process to reflect the root growth of a tree.

As each of these items are individually handmade, each piece will vary slightly in placement of colour and size.

Glass artist Mischka Alexi Hunter has been blowing glass at his Kingston Glass Studio and Gallery since 2006. Much of his work is inspired by childhood memories from his family's Ontario farm.
