Sharon Thompson

My painting practice ranges from landscape to still life to abstract, but the underlying passion is the same: the aliveness, wonder, and magnificence of life and the importance of creating a precise expression that does justice to it…

Sharon Thompson was born and raised near Peterborough Ontario. She attended the Bachelor of Fine Arts Program at Queens University as a mature student, while raising three children.
