New and Used - Grey

In this series Alexi drew inspiration from childhood memories on the farm and his interest in the natural decay of metal artifacts such as rusting old machinery and tools. He explores the interplay between glass and metal as artistic mediums.

Each of these items are individually handmade, so slight variations in size and colour are possible.

Alexi Hunter

Glass artist Mischka Alexi Hunter has been blowing glass at his Kingston Glass Studio and Gallery since 2006. Much of his work is inspired by childhood memories from his family's Ontario farm.
